# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 slices white or whole wheat sandwich bread

02 - 6 slices bacon

03 - 4 large lettuce leaves (romaine or iceberg)
04 - 1 large ripe tomato, sliced

05 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

06 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
# How To:
01 - Preheat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon slices until crisp, approximately 4 to 5 minutes per side. Drain excess fat using paper towels.
02 - Toast the bread slices until golden brown and crisp.
03 - Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise evenly on one side of each toasted bread slice.
04 - Place the large lettuce leaves evenly on two slices of the prepared bread.
