# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • You can sneak in your favorite guacamole ingredients and spice it just how you like it.
  • They're not only creamy and zesty but also look striking on any platter, guaranteed to spark conversation.
02 -
  • If you skip the ice bath, peeling becomes a test of patience and often ends in patchy eggs.
  • Letting the guacamole sit too long before serving may lead to browning — always cover tightly or serve fresh.
03 -
  • If your avocados are underripe, microwaving them for a few seconds softens them slightly for mashing.
  • A tiny splash of cumin or hot sauce stirred in adds signature depth to the guacamole filling.
