05 - 1/2 cup sliced almonds
06 - 1/2 cup almond flour
07 - 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
08 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
09 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
10 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
11 - 1/3 cup melted coconut oil or unsalted butter
12 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
# How To:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
02 - In a large bowl, toss sliced pears with lemon juice and maple syrup. Spread evenly in the prepared baking dish.
03 - Combine rolled oats, sliced almonds, almond flour, shredded coconut if using, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
04 - Pour melted coconut oil or butter and vanilla extract into the dry mixture. Stir until the mixture is evenly coated and crumbly.
05 - Sprinkle the granola mixture evenly over the pears. Bake for 35 minutes, or until the topping is golden and pears are tender.
06 - Remove from oven, let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm, optionally with yogurt or extra maple syrup.
